Kosovo
Kosovo is a country in southern Europe with Pristina as its capital. It declared independence on 17 February 2008; however, its international status remains limited, as it is not recognized by the United Nations. The majority of the population is Albanian, and the region boasts a rich history, once closely tied to Serbia. Kosovo experiences a continental climate, with cold winters and hot summers. Spring and autumn are the best times to visit, when temperatures are milder. The country attracts visitors with its picturesque landscapes and vibrant culture.
